I hope you all had a restful weekend because we have plenty to do this week. Please make sure to get a good sleep at night that way you are fully energized and ready to begin a new week. Every single one of you is extremely intelligent; therefore, there shouldn't be a reason why you should be falling behind. You are capable of doing so much so please don't limit yourself.
This week we will be going over capitalization rules. I know that you all should already know this by now; however, some of you are not applying the rules that you have learned in the past. It's imperative that you know the rules and implement them in your writing. This way when you test next year for your Writing STAAR you are able to pass with flying colors. Students, I cannot stress how important it is that you practice correct grammar at all times. It is to your advantage.
Please don't forget that attendance is also of great importance. If you miss a day, you miss out on a lot. Make sure to ask your teachers for missing assignments. Inevitable situations are completely understandable; however, please try your best to be here daily.
